- The applicant in the GTA should create at least 2 full-time work opportunities; Outside GTA and in the business of information and communication technology, the applicant should create at least 1 full-time work opportunity; and 1 business exploratory trip is required prior to application.
Bc Provincial Nominee Program-Entrepreneur Immigration
The British Columbia Nominee Entrepreneur Immigration Program is an economic accelerated immigration program. It is for foreign business managers who wish to reside permanently in British Columbia. It requires a low level of language and education.

- Language: CLB4 or above.
- Assets: personal assets with at least C$300,000 (about 1.5 million RMB).
- Work experience: in the past 5 years, has more than 3 years of business ownership experience or more than 4 years of executive work experience; has more than 1 year of independent management experience or more than 2 years of executive work experience.
- Education: College degree or above, or 3 years in the past 5 years to manage a 100% owned company
- Residence: to be in a designated community in British Columbia.
Investment Requirement:
- Invest at least C$100,000 in British Columbia.
- Hold at least 51% of the shares of the company in British Columbia and operate for at least 12 months
- At least hire one Canadian citizen or permanent resident
Prince Edward Island Provincial Nominee Program
Prince Edward Island is one of eastern Canada's Maritime Provinces and the smallest province in both size and population in Canada. PEI contains over 200 small islands, but the main island is home to the majority of the province's populace and economy. Saskatchewan Entrepreneur Immigration Stream
Saskatchewan, together with the neighboring provinces of Alberta and Manitoba, are known as the three Prairie Provinces. The capital of Saskatchewan is Regina, and the largest city is Saskatoon.
The Saskatchewan entrepreneur immigration program is a provincial immigration program established under an agreement between Saskatchewan and the federal government. The program aims to provide a quick path to immigration status for applicants who wish to establish and operate businesses in Saskatchewan.
In May 2015, the government of Saskatchewan introduced the EOI selection system. Applicants who have passed the screening and verification can start a business in Saskatchewan with a work permit. After meeting the requirements, they can apply for provincial nomination and obtain Canadian permanent resident status through the federal government.

- The creation of two employment opportunities in Saskatchewan for Canadians or permanent residents who are not related to you.
